  Surprisingly amount of fresh fruit in this mature bottle. Blackberries and raspberries, fresh leather, dust, thyme, touch of resinous underbrush. Moderate acids, Soft, well-integrated tannins.

  Juicy ripe plum, roses, and vanilla oak plus a certain earthiness. Very full, seductive flavors - like blackberry pie. A little lacking in structure, so will drink best young and the finish was a little more on the sour cherry tip than I expected.
