  Super fresh, nice acidity, ripe and complex fruit, delicious! Drank at Il Centro in Piedmont.

I was mistaken, though I don't think there is anything at all to be gained from further aging. It has lost some of its brightness but the tell-tale Raveneau touch is present in abundance. Softer and less complex than Montée de Tonnerre or Butteaux, but lovely all the same. This makes me wonder why I experiment with unoaked Chablis. There have been a few duds but this vintage has, overall, become a favorite and this bottle is another reason why.

  Sweet deity of your choice, is this good. Cut, fragrance, palate and finish. Name what you love in Chablis and it's here in spades. Score: 11 (I mean Outstanding.)
