Translucent, pinot noir looking. Nose reminds me of a Rose of Mourvèdre. After being opened for nearly three hours, what red fruit notes that were present have given way to the alcohol. Strawberry Rhubarb, raspberry nose. Much more weight to the palate than the color would suggest. Full blown fruit explosion on the palate. Dark plum, black currants, black cherry and that Rhubarb note carries through from the nose. Long finish that feels a little thick on the tongue.
