  Occasional dinner group: Riesling GG and Top Pomerol (@ Zarzo): Mature wine with tropical yellow and white fruits. Good acidity and length. Beautifully ripe fruits.

  2003 Dry Riesling - Ten years after: Light to medium yellow. In the nose, this is at first quite restrained, but then has lots of melon, some freshly polished silverware, a hint of banana and - I have to repeat myself - looots of melon. On the palate, this is fresh, has fresh acidity, seems a tad like lemonade, but is very fine-grained and precise. There's - again - lots of melon in the finish. In total, this seems a bit "made", but it's "made" with style. I really like this wine.
