Vin évolué malgré une bonne cave et un peu trouble malgré les précautions au service qui nous laisse une petite déception car il est plutôt mince que juste délicat. Agréable tout de même et à boire sans plus tarder.
Pleasant nose, nice structure but lighter than expected. Opened for only an hour before drinking but it didn't evolve much beyond that first taste - black fruit, a little pepper, but lite in the finish.
Another excellent bottle. Some of these have been quite bretty (cleared off with some airing) but this one wasn't. It was quite floral and perfumy on both the nose and palate....a charming, feminine expression of Crozes-Hermitage. Tannins and acidity were at a perfect level....prime spot in the drinking window right now. This is one of those wines that is so easily drinkable, it disappears as if a magician were waving his magic wand over it. Great bargain at $19.75 (per bottle by the case) from Corner Wine in Lexington. I bought a case and it was a smart investment.
