14.5%. Still showing grass and mineral, but there's an unattractive heat on on the nose and mouth, as if the 14.5% is finally rearing up and starting to take over. Drink up soon. Good.

Very low acidity. Grassy note with undertone of passion fruit. A bit dry. Well fit in with my lobster meal. The aroma almost diappeared after staying on the table for a short time, which surprised me… This was my first Chile Sauvignon Blanc, a decent experience but not extraordinary, not as impressive as the Te Kairanga one. Maybe because it was out of the drinking window suggested to drink before 2006 by CT.

Oxidized. When we pulled two 2006 bottles, got this 2004 as one of them, it has seen better days.

Last one of these, again, really nice citrus and hint of cut grass. Drank it on the deck before heading out to dinner, with Tom and Nicole
