Typically lean and bright. Nice citric fruit and very clean finish. Paired with oysters and tomato/horseradish sauce - great. Also drank central coast chard with same pairing to demo to son the difference in wine from different areas and winemaking styles - sharp contrast and made the point.

This was my first bottle. It was very good. Nice and dry. Great dark straw color. Had it salmon salad.

This was my first white burgandy. I hate screw caps so this started badly. However, it drank nicely and was gone before we knew it.

Excellent tonight, very minerally and lemony. Great burgundy stench and wonderful mouthfeel. Long aftertaste with no hard edges.
