  Deep Nebbiolo nose with violets, dried fruits and some tobacco. Very lively acid with really smooth and discrete tannins in perfect unison harmony. Still full bodied wine. There is no disturbing oak notes any longer. I belive the fruit on the palate could be more profound. Long lenght with complexity.

  한국에서도 꽤나 잘 팔리는 스타데리.
  특히나 이 빈티지는 더더욱이나 잘 팔렸는지 샵의 광고글이 많다.
  바르바레스코와 바롤로를 잘 구별하지 못하는 사람으로썬 그만큼 기대되는 와인이었다.
  
  노즈에서는 담배같은 스모키한 향에 붉은 과실을 섞은 듯한 뉘앙스가 주를 이룬다.
  깊지 않은 바닐라의 향도 이어지면서 마치 와인보다는 케이크의 향에 가까웠다.
  시간이 지나도 이 향은 크게 변하지 않았다.
  
  입에서는 빡하고 치는 탄닌이 가장 먼저 느껴진다.
  개인적으로는 여기서 조금 당황했던 것이 나름 바롤로는 적지 않게 마셔본 것 같은데 바르바레스코는 체급이 높은 녀석을 마셔보지 않아서 오늘 비교를 해보려고 했다.
  그런데 (적당히 오래된) 바롤로에서 흔히 기대하는 괜찮은 구조감, 허브 혹은 한약같은 느낌이 거의 그대로 나서 보류하기로 했다.
  
  결론적으로 산도에 대한 반감이 없다면 (적당히 오래된) 이태리 와인은 실패하는 법이 없다.
  심지어 같이 마신 마고는 음식을 조금 밀어냈다면 스타데리는 음식까지 (게다가 돼지목살까지!) 포용하였다.
  좋은 식당을 좋은 사람과 좋은 시기에 갈때 콜키지가 적당하다면 들고갈만한 와인으로 추천할만하다.

  Powerful yet nuanced. Notes of black tea and burnt cherries. Tannic backbone bone wrapped around with acidic sinews. Long finish with notes of cherries and red berries. Grippy with camphor on the nose and palate.

  The color is turning darker than its young with obvious amber rim showing its maturity. It's slightly going downhill with a bit if tannin. Should drink now.
  
  Complex, long finish, floral, a bit of herb.
