From a 3L. Well past its prime but still kicking. Bright cherry fruit and ample texture. Beginning to fray at the edges. This team makes good wine. Drink immediately. (88)

Not decanted and didn’t seem like it was needed. Very smooth, balanced, elegant and approachable. Definitely not past the drinking window (best guess is at least another year and maybe more). Tempted to give this an even higher rating. Brought by a friend from her cellar for dinner in SF. Others thoroughly enjoyed as well. Had 2 glasses over 1 hour+ and another heavier wine for main course after.

I agree with MAIKRANZ I was at first concerned that this wine was past its prime with CT drinking window ending in 2015....However I thought this wine was drinking great now and also gave it 92 points. A little bricking on the edge but the wine has a wonderful ripe strawberry nose with red fruits on a long 45-60 second finish.

Nose: Strawberry cotton candy Flavors: Raspberry & candied strawberry, a little sweet oak showing at the finish, nicely balanced Finish - Medium, a little heat showing
Perfect complement for Tandoori Salmon at Taste of the Himalayas, even stood up to the spicy Samosas with mint-cilantro sauce.... 6 hrs later, even better! Only bottle in cellar - Boo hoo.... but got it for only $25 for in a bin end sale this year! Yeah!

Seems perfect right now even though CT says drink last year. Smooth, lacy, vibrant, balanced. A very California pinot.
