Pure, refreshing aromas of crisp pear, sea shore, preserved lemon, and straw. The palate, while initially filled with textured green apple and citrus, ends in a rather lean saline minerality and tart lemon acidity. Somewhat simple, but a nice value and enjoyable nonetheless. Drink or Hold.

nice simple Chablis. The wine looks Straw colored. The legs are Fast. It smells like Lemon, and Grapefruit. It tastes like Grapefruit, and Stoniness. The body is Light/Medium. The wine is textured Juicy. The wine finishes Short.

When warmed to the appropriate temperature (cellar temp, I'd say) this wine really opened up nicely. Green apples, lemons, crushed stones were the dominant smells. Medium body, expansive on the palate with plenty of acidity. My only quibble would be that this wine lacks a bit of the verve and tension that I find in the best examples of Chablis. Then again, this is a village-level wine, too.

This bottle had a lot of lemon notes both on the nose and the palate. The lemon and acid on the palate were overpowering and detracted from the overall enjoyability of this wine.
