  Last bottle of this vintage. Perfect cork after over a decade in the bottle. Consumed over two days, fruit more predominant on the first day. Softened depth and integrated complexity on day two. Deep red opaque color with minimal oxidation, clarity medium. Aromas of blackberry and plum compote. Flavors of black cherry and leather with a medium to long finish. A very balanced and flavorful typical of Roussillon Grenache/Syrah blend. This age worthy wine more life left. Great fruit and a very good winemaking effort.

  This 11 year wine is substantially better than the young wine. Much more rounded, integrated, caressing, and seamless, plus deliciously fruity. Blew away the 2014 vintage when tasted together side by side. The 2014 suffered from a vegetal streak and rough tannin. Overall, delightfully drinking at a peak of quality.

  Opaque with an inch pour, with aromas of blackberry, black plum, and black raspberry. Bright acidity, drying tannin, lush, softly textured, rich, and integrated, with a long and delicious finish.

  Du fruit, un peu de chaleur, une petite dose de fraicheur aussi, il avait un côté facile, consensuel, sur les fruits rouges, presque gourmand! Cela dit, il manquait de personnalité, ça ne me parlait pas beaucoup...
