Very pretty on the nose. Light on the palate but with a bit of structure. Touch of raspberry. Easy drinking. I wonder if this add any weight with more time in bottle.

On opening, at 15C, this is dainty and beautiful: fresh red fruits, light, sweet, fragrant, classic Burgundy. There is a very faint hint of minerality (iron) and earth. Nice with duck paté. Very good with roast poussin. Sustaining itself very well an hour and a half after opening. Fresh, fragrant but with depth too. Just lovely!

Pale muddled red. Very Burgundian aromatics of faded strawberry and soil. Light, faint red fruit that comes up short, high acidity, decent finish. Pleasant but nothing more, typical of the vintage, and demanding consumption while the fruit is still alive. More appealing on the nose than in the mouth.

fruit and floral after 10 min poured in the glass. light/medium body. palate not long. Elegant maybe, but not with layers. straightforward but light.
