  • Clean and clear with a medium intense lemon green colour, developing.

On the nose its medium intense with aromas of butter from oak, lime, tropical fruits, nuts, lemon tart. Developed

On the palate its got medium+ acidity, body and flavour intensity, medium % with aromas of lime, oak, butter, flint, anise, tropical fruits, nuts, medium finish

This is a very good quality wine which i recommend drinking now. Well balanced and fine concentration, the intensity is dominated with citrus fruits and the lenght is quite oakey but a bit short, very complex for a regular bourgogne and a very good buy. 90-91p

  • Wow. This is just absolutely impeccably balanced between its light caramel, touches of fruit, hazelnut, a tingling bitterness of structure, and rapier acidity. Darn good. Just opened too.

  • Tasted Blind. Green tinges indicating the youth of the wine. Some reduction and see shell notes on the nose. Palate is quite different showing some oak, low acidity (surprising given the vintage) and lemony notes. Rather fullish. Not crazy about it even though this is obviously very drinkable.
The nose was telling me Chablis and the palate something like Chassagne. Interesting to taste it blind.
