A bit old, nose of med intensity, with a golden color, caramel, old bee wax, on the verge of aging too much...
palate is stilll vibrant and has great power, it has length and just needed to be drank earlier... pairing well with food... aromas of caramel, cooked butter, etc...
3 years from now would have been way better I believe

From 375 ml bottle. This was my last from a 1/2 case bought at release. Mature orchard fruit on nose and palate with some sweet background spice. Best when first opened and poured, less interesting later. White 375s shouldn't be kept this long.

From 375. Apple and pear aromas with spice hints. Simiar on palate. Not very ripe but good concentration for a Villages wine and overall good balance. This seems to have picked up some weight since I last tried this wine shortly after release.

Short note from the top of my head! Transparent, lively wine with good balance and nice acidity. Decanted for 3 hours and it nedded it. Good wine from a great producer!

From 375. Drinkable, but somewhat prematurely oxidized. Revisited multiple times over approx two hours. Worse each time .
