  Beautiful rose petal color. Touch of heat in the nose, tart cherry/strawberry bouquet. Bit of acidic bite on entry, conistent with WesMar's philosophy of food-friendly wine. Nicely integrated vanilla notes in midpalate.

  This young wine should be stood up for a day because of the sediment. The nose reminded me of being in and dry field. A rustic nose which then has strawberries splashed all over it. Great fresh wine. Acid and fruit covers your mouth and makes you crave more. Lots of red fruits hit with a shot of orange peel. For me this is the perfect style because it is delicious on its on but is also perfect for food. I don’t get tired of drinking it. It states 13.8% as alcohol and for once….I believe it. I think this will improve with a couple more years of age.

  Heady nose of Ocean Spray Canberry Cocktail. But not much else. Slightly thinner and less extracted than either the Olivet and Piner. Still, a nice wine with food. Served with Roast Chicken and Wild Rice.
