  Not what I was expecting based on the previous bottles. Aromas: cranberry, strawberry, tobacco, cinnamon. Palate: cranberry, strawberry, some earthy tones, vanilla, cocoa, cinnamon. Smooth, easy to drink, full body, great pinot.

  Continues to develop beautifully. Primary aromas: balsamic, salty meat, mushrooms, leather, ripe black currant. Meat stew, sage. It’s velvety, smooth, mainly earthy at this point with subtle plum.

  Earthy, more toned down from the last bottle I had. The acidity is present on the palate, plums, mushrooms, velvet tannins.
