short note: Prunes and cherries on the nose; Deep and spicy palate, sharp acidity, slightly hot, bloody iron notes, some chocolate and rather grippy tanins. Not quite at balance this time. Needs more time in bottle. - 88+ points

Typical Eisenberg Blaufränkisch: Spicy, bloody, fresh cherry fruited wine. Excellent balance, ripe tannins, pretty oak. This will evolve favourably. - 91 points
