Chez JPL: very little fruit left over, on its structure, some oak, this is an old school Fevre, before changing of the owner in 1998 (now Henriot/Bouchard).

One bottle showed incredible youth. Textbook Chablis Les Clos, in a traditional style with biting minerality and that flinty delicious mouth watering acidity.
The second bottle was much more oxidised and flabby, with very little interest. I was camping (with 96 Chablis no less...), so I refused to be deflated as it was my last bottle of wine. Certainly had better showings.
