(DRC La Tache) It was back to the reds with another serious nose. It was very DRC again, showing old, smoky and rusty aromas of tomato and rose oil. Again, there was some good stink here, that scent of a woman. The palate was delicious with round and smooth brown sugar and band-aid flavors. While mature, this was still an excellent wine, impressive for something from 1936, the 1936 DRC La Tache, that is. Finally a wine that I have never had! Just kidding :) (94).
