  • Almost transparent, needs one hour to unfold it's nose.... after that, intoxicating nose of ripe framboises, musk, brown sugar, leather, gamey, old feasant... the nose became sweeter and stronger with time, at it's best after 4 hours slow ox in the bottle... mouth is sweet brown sugar with red currants, 15 sec lenght, a hint below the great 1953, but still very pleasurable for a 53 year old wine!
