nose of marmalade, a little flinty, Chinese salted plum with that savory profile, got a little more oxidized. Very lovely.

SLDS GC NY Traditional Tasting: Ginger, orange, sea spray, lime and pepper. Caramel tinged palate, really lovely depth and the acidity plays off nicely against the sweeter aged character. Well integrated and lovely drinking, this is right at its aged peak.
