This was really in an awesome spot and gave great pleasure to our group. Light hints of orange, smoke, and creme brulee. Sugars are reasonably resolved and just enough acid is left to make this a really nice package. Got this for a steal at auction, so it was insane QPR as well.

cooking School and Washington Wines (Loretta Paganini School fo Cooking): I don't know what this wine is really. The cork said Doisy and Barsac. It did not say which Doisy, so I will not post a score on CT. The label was completely missing. Orange gold in color. The nose is honeyed with brown sugar and apricots. Slightly viscous. Remnants of sweetness but drinking mostly dry. Smooth. Nice enough acidity. Fun wine. If I had to score, maybe 86 to 88.

Château La Conseillante dinner & Kabinett tasting (Groot-Ammers, Netherlands): Light and flowing but with good concentration, wax and a hint of honey, delicate oak, ripe citrus, apricot, grapefruit bitters, vanilla cream, very good length. A lovely surprise.
