[Grand Millesime's Bordeaux:The Legendary Years 1928-1961 dinner at Circa Restaurant, Melbourne] Medium deep golden orange-amber. Delicate mature bouquet of glaced apricot, honey, crème brûlée, apple tart, marzipan & vanilla. Medium plus, fresh & livid, lush & intense with lovely secondary nuances but very little botrytis notes left; faintly sweet with quite fine acidity in excellent balance. Long, sustained & crisp finish.
