  Tasted at winery. This was opened on a whim to show the effects of aging on these wines. Medium to dark golden color. Nose of honey, candied orange peel, some decayed flowers. Very nice. Complex stone fruit and earthy flavors on the palate but still just about completely dry with medium acidity. Very impressive for a 31 year old wine!
