  Quite remarkable. Had it opened for 2 days. On opening wine was OK slight Burgundy tinge. After 24 hours wine was sweet and although OK was really not very exciting, almost not good enough for spag bol. After 48 hours wine became "rich" sweetness just in the deilcate background, Burgundy flavour had come back and more. Getting quite excited about it. Hence suggest needs at least another couple of years
