(A) Drank beautifully. Oaky, but not in the typical fake-oak way most Chards are made these days. A nice layer of warm spice. A slight bit of light-roasted coffee bean character. Honey. Complex and well integrated.

Buttery , dense wine, intense. Honey gold in colour. Good acidity. Its an interesting combination of meursault butteryness to start and a roussanne style "bitternes" to close.. Definitely not one dimensional and with a good 60 sec finish. Maybe with a couple of years ahead of its peak.
