Subtle cherry, oak, and vanilla aromas. Flavors are similar, and uninspiring. Medium body. Finish drops off quickly and turns very dry. This is young, but I see no maturation in the future. Basic cab flavors that can be found for $12-15 at regular retail price. ($22)

Pretty much like last time. Good $10 daily drinker. Medium nose of flowers and cherry fruit. More dark cherry on the patate with a thin finish. Two down and ten to go.

I started this bottle Saturday night and put a cork on it and drank it over the last two days. The impression was about the same the whole way along, with a slight (minimal at best) improvement. The nose has some sour cherry raisin and a hint of gin (almost piney)...weird, right? The taste is slightly bitter (or piney) with a core of dusty cocoa and plum. The finish is slatey, dusty, and smokey. To say the least, this wine is pretty unique. This wine is just worth $10, and if another bottle showed better (which the last one I drank a month ago did, as it was much fruitier and round), it would probably be worth up to $15.

Subtle nose of red and black fruit, predominately cherry, ample cherry in the attack, more red fruit in the smooth but undistinguished mid-palate. Smooth finish does not linger. A nice everyday wine at $10/bottle on sale.

Subdued nose of dark fruit, little bit of cherry on the mid palate followed by a smooth and slightly acidic finish. Not a bad quaffer for $10 wine.
