BYOB dinner NOTK (Supernova hotel, Rotterdam): [Tasted blind] Medium+ intensity on the nose with lovely fruit still and nice tertiary notes. Some flintiness, smokiness, caramel. ripe exotic fruit, some box wood. Full on the palate, medium+ acidity, long finish.
Brilliant and complex bottle, based on this showing no direct hurry

Pale color. Has a really unique profile, with a lime/citrus oil note, a pronounced herbaceousness, florals and fruit. Rich texture, but with good cut. There's plenty of fruit; has a pine/resiny quality in the finish. Layered/complex. At peak in my opinion. 93+ pts.

Just a very subtle grassy note underneath mineral and lime/citrus aromas. Bright and focused with great acidity, fruit and minerality on the palate. This particular bottle was youthful and very enjoyable- I will hold our last bottle until 2018.

Not your typical Sauvignon Blanc nose, more herbal than grass, even a slight petrol; beautifully rich palate, lush and vibrant, almost unctuous, but avoids crossing the line to overblown, with excellent acidity. Still on an upward trajectory, but at or near it's drinking window. Fabulous with seared scallops.

Fresh sweet grass, some sugar cane, mono peaches and sweet corn with pear drops. . A weighty yet uplifted wine that portrays more chard seriousness than sb. But the sweet slightly biting grass characters does come through more compared to other didiers that I have tried.
