  Popped and poured, then consumed over three hours. Started with very fresh red and black cherry aromas and some five spice. Mostly red cherry flavors to start, also nicely spiced, evolving to darker cherry with a slightly more mature character as the wine got more air and time in glass. Very elegant tannins and very good energy start-to-finish.
