  • Appearance: Bright and clear, medium lemon in color, with watery rims and legs.
Nose: Clean, medium intensity and having youthful aromas of lemon, green apple, pear, honeysuckle, hawthorn, hints of green bell pepper and cream.
Palate: Dry with medium and lively acidity, the wine has medium alcohol and medium body, showing medium intensity flavors of lemon, white pepper, grapefruit, acacia and honeysuckle, with medium (-) length.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality mid-priced Southern Rhone white with a reasonably intense nose and complexity, the wine has a lively acidity and in balance, but without any particular outstanding characters. The palate is reasonably intense with fair complexity but the length is a bit short. Ready to drink now and not intend for further ageing.

  • Wine Education Service - Guigal - King of the Rhône (LSE): Light gold.
A light attractive perfume, a hint of age, oak, honey and citrus.
Dry and full, well balanced, some bitterness, good length, this wine needs food.

  • Some yellow and white fruits. Green apples. Clean and fresh, but nothing special. Well, for the price of $15 it is ok.

  • Appearance: Clear, pale lemon colour with watery rims and legs
Nose: Clean, medium intensity and youthful aromas of lime, green apple, pear, acacia and herbaceous notes
Palate: Dry with medium acidity, exhibiting medium alcohol level and medium body. Medium intensity flavors of lemon, grass, honeysuckle, green apple, with a medium length finish.
Conclusion: Acceptable quality Rhone white with reasonable intensity in both aroma and flavors, though relatively simple in its characters. Overall a reasonably lengthy finish which makes this wine a good candidate to accompany some white meat and cheese. Ready to drink now and can be maintained for another 1-2 years.
