All the elements are there but this needs some time. Good flavors ranging a little to the tropical side, wood notes, excellent acidity, but everything needs to integrate more fully. I look forward to drinking this in the future.

Sommelier Scholarship Fund Tasting (Popina - Brooklyn NY): Walk around tasting. Bright start, richer and dense in the middle, then ending with plenty of energy. Long finish. Very good now.

La Paulée de New York - The Verticals (Eventi Hotel - New York NY): Walk around tasting vertical. This was the table highlight with good combination of fresh and mature character, so complex and layered right now. Good+ depth. Enjoy through 2025.
