(Tasted Blind): Mid-gold in colour, the aromas are freshly picked white peaches, orchard fruits and apple blossom. The palate enters soft and creamy with focus and density. The mid-palate has width, vibrant acidity and a long winding finish. Flavours are poached pear, apple puree and confectioners custard with flaky buttered puff pastry. 91+

Gang of 5 in Covid19 times; Pinot Noir (@ RW): Minerals and butter in the bouquet. Same on the palate, some anise, ripe apples, some nuts, spiciness and good acidity. Day 2 the wine was even better. 88 – 90

White Burgundy Flight (Arlequin Wines, San Francisco): Light yellow/green. High toned aromatics with some herbs. Lighter style, herbaceous and tart. Good mineral finish. This was killed by being placed right after the much heftier Roulot wine, but I still think it is good.
