2/6. Pale/medium garnet. Attractive nose, soft red fruits, touch of earth and cinnamon. Medium bodied, red fruited, firm but relatively fine tannins, fresh acids, touch of savour and earth on a firmish finish. Very good.

Pale/medium garnet core, wide pale garnet rim. Not overly intense but quite aromatic, plums, earth, touch of liquorice, floral top notes. Medium bodied, very fine tannins, earthy plum and bilberry fruit, balanced acidity, good length finish. Harmonious, drinking well. Longevity?

AVTG does red Burgundy blind (Baxter Estate): High-toned, lifted aromas of bubble gum, red fruit and whole cluster spice. Open, forward on the palate with generous red cherry, raspberry, and cinammon notes with spicy oak on the finish. Big acidity and medium-plus tannin. Very good. Screaming value. (my #2, group #1)

a pale ruby red, this has a wonderful base of cinnamon-like red cherry fruits that show good clarity. Pure with good acidity and decent length. Good potential.
