Medium-light garnet in glass, clean and clear. Nose is subtle red fruit--cherry and a touch of strawberry which carry to the palate in a soft, yet bright New World version of a classic Piamonte standard. Light tannins, limited but present acidity make this a wine that will be enjoyed now, or cellared to improve for 2-3 years. Try this as a Pinot Noir alternative, or with a spaghetti pairing. Enjoyable and very well-made.

Some sediment on cork but wine was clear. Red fruit taste and aroma. Well very well with broccoli rabe and chicken.
