Same as previous bottle...it was excellent. I had a Louis Latour Pommard 2008 side by side with it. The Pommard had more red berries but they were in the same class....that was the last bottle:(

Light Ruby Red similar to a light burgundy, light aroma's of strawberries and spices, thin, clean and a little tart and complex spices at the finish. I drank it with a havarti cheese and crackers that made it one of the most enjoyable nebbiolo's that I have had. I am lucky to have 2 more bottles in the cellar that I will drink later this year.

A bit perplexing. Nice clear red colour. Nose clean, flowers, fruit. Nothing very specific. Not deep. Not forthcoming. Pleasant though. Palate incredibly acidic - way out of balance for my taste. Acid overwhelms most of the other aspects. Reasonably persistent aftertaste. Drying tannins, good indeterminate lcherry-ish fruit. But it's like drinking underripe sour cherries.
