Full bodied, very round, sweet grass, grapefruit, green apple, with a touch spice, toasted oak and tropical fruit. Tofanelli, Hyde, Farina, Larkmead and Silver Pines Vineyards contributed to this blend. Drinking very well right now.

(Spottswoode Estate Sauvignon Blanc) 62% Sauvignon Blanc, 33% Sauvignon Musqué, 5% Sémillon. Pale gold with green highlights. The nose offers aromas of pear, key lime, lemon, wet grass, and lanolin, topped off by an oaky note. This wine displays fresher acidity and less weight than the 2008 version, with a more modest finish. Winery Spotlight: Spottswoode Estate

past it's drinking window. Still good nose. Mouthfeel is thin and so is the fruit, though you can still get grapefruit and flowers...

Citrus, straight forward, not terribly complex. Last bottle, and first in six years! It's still in its drinking window, I think.
