  A favorite visit from a few years ago in Piedmont. This was indeed still very nice. I can sometimes understand the super aged nebbiolo but I'm not sure that the sweet spot for me isn't more in the 20-40 year range versus the very old ones. I appreciate the way there is still a bit more fruit and yet still with a softening of the tannin and a nice structure from the acid. Glad to see we have some more of these.
