Calera, excellent as usual. It had been suggested that Pinot Noir would be good with a Cassoulet, but in fact something a bit more heft might have been better, but this does not take away from the wine which had lots a fruit.

Le bouchon est en verre, au nez arômes de cerise noire, prune et bois et épices. En bouche, les fruits sont présents avec une acidité bien équilibrée.
Le vin est charnu et une longue finale en bouche.
