Fourth of four bottles, all consistently mediocre with no remaining tannins, moderate remaining fruit, but everything overshadowed by gobs of caramel-y oak. I’m a big fan of Buty wines in their youth. This one, however, was clearly not built for the long haul.

Nice but not memorable. Moving into secondary characters and I think, not a cuvée to cellar for many years. Bought this at a Buty library sale and rue the $50 I spent on it.

Beautiful, textbook Champoux. Complex and structured, great texture and depth. Pricey (I paid about $50) but worth it.
