Medium-dark rosewood color. On the nose this has a toasty, pleasant aroma of raisin bread. The palate has a classic port profile of dark red fruit and a hint of spice. However, the flavors seemed a bit dumb and flat. The mouthfeel was weak, one dimensional and cursory. If this bottle is exemplary then this wine is not built to last; consume immediately with expectations adjusted.
