  the 2009's are wonderful and this was no exception - surprisingly mature, this seems well into its drinking window with the tannins largely resolved but with gentle and silky fruit - lovely! - no rush to drink though, this and it may well improve from here

  Un des seuls second vin de 1er grand cru classé que j’achète encore. Bu sur 2 jours
  L’oeil est pourpre très foncé aux reflet rubis. C’est ultra dense, il ne laisse passer aucune lumière
  Nez très primaire et discret sur le cèdre, le cassis, les mures, du chocolat et du tabac blond
  L’attaque est fruitée et lactée. Les tannins, bien que fins, mordent dès le début. L’ensemble se complexifie ensuite sur les mures, le cassis, quelques épices et fleurs font leur apparition. C’est jeune, on ne dirait pas 15 ans, malgré que tout se présente dans une certaine finesse.
  La rétro-olfaction est tellement fruitée et délicieuse, un réel gros potentiel d’un futur grand vin
  Finale expressément fruitée, riche, un brin tannique, et florale à souhait
  Bref un futur vin qui semble tellement vouloir en donner, élégant, fin et racé… il doit juste vieillir un 7-10 ans de plus je crois avant de pleinement briller
  92 maintenant… à suivre !

  Nose of plum. Dark purple. Quite bold and matches well with Ossobuco. Quite complex. Very smooth. Can keep for another decade.

  This is stunning and approachable despite being a puppy. Deep crimson color, cork slightly soaked, nose of perfumed cassis, cigar box, lilacs, black fruits and freshly ground coffee. Decanted and drank after two hours of aeration. Delightful attack on the palate with lots of velvet, building power mid palate amd finishing opulent and long with some sweet spice, mocha and dark berries. This is a beauty and will live forever.
