France 2011 - Côte d'Or; 7/8/2011-7/13/2011 (Beaune): Drank at Le Bouchon in Meursault. From 375ml. Light yellow in colour. Notes of straw, ripe and slightly oxidized apples and hints of citrus. Nice flavours and a good food wine. Medium body with quite a bit of acidity. Finish could be a little longer but that’s really its only fault. Drinks well now but no rush. Very good.

Drinking very well; no great depth but a very nice food wine.
