Clasificado como: fine rich - sweet
Caoba más oscuro. Nariz expresiva, intensa, con notas de turba, muy ahumado, ciruela pasa, chocolate negro, regaliz negro, confitura de grosellas. Buen ataque. cremoso, notable acidez, con sensación de materia, estructurado, con atractivos amargos y notable longitud.
La única casta “noble” que es tinta y la única que se puede elaborar con diferentes niveles de dulzor.
