  • Nose: chestnut, caramel, sugar cane, white flower
Notes: quite a delicate and sweet palate demonstrating a typical aged but good quality Champagne. Although the nose is fairly nice I can't say this is spectacular as it lacks the substance and subtly that I often find in extraordinary Champagne. Perhaps I would like it slightly better if it can maintain a little more freshness. This requires no more aging and should be consumed sooner rather than later.
