  Good deep red color, lighter legs on the glass, .nice bouquet (definitely a more herbal nose but very nice and bold) . Flavor firm with.hints of boysenberry, long finish but disappointingly a bitter. To be fair 2008 needs to hold a couple of years. One of the nicer - by far of the North Carolina wines (great value as well).
