Dry riesling at Qing Xiang Yuan (Chicago, IL): #10-04, 13% abv. This is after the golden age of Mueller-Catoir, but still an excellent wine in its own right. This is fleshy and shows some tropical sweet fruit, but no overt signs of roastedness of the vintage. The generosity of the fruit here overall helps to give this a lushness that a lot of dry riesling tends to lack. A nice dose of acidity helps with the weight.

Pretty pineapple aroma. Stong acidity and very lush. Nice wine.
