  I enjoyed this wine, considering the price paid. A bit oxidative on the nose, it clears up on the palate nicely. This wine worked hard at balancing the ripe tropical and stone fruit flavors with a citric, acidic streak. Good minerality and just enough freshness. A lot of fun!

  Welcome Noel to SF Brunch (Foreign Cinema, San Francisco, CA USA): In screwcap. As the opener from the list it suffered in comparison to the other whites. At this point it seems on the leaner side of Marsanne, and its bouquet was a bit subdued.
