Ich bin doch immer wieder erstaunt, wieviel Geld man für einen Burgunder auf die Theke legen muss um etwas Spaß im Glas zu haben. Der hier war schon ein angenehmer Vertreter mit nussig, buttrigen Noten und einem mittleren Körper. Eine knackige Säure hält ihn lebendig allerdings fehlt es ihm etwas an Feinheit und Länge.

Light silver-gold colour. Nose of fresh cut apples and beech nuts. Lovely fresh, crisp and young palate....mouthwateringly so. Was equally delicious and fresh after 5 days in the fridge (stelvin cap obviously helps). Not much length or resonance, possibly because it was drank straight out of the fridge.

Tough nose to read- maybe lemon on glass three Melon, nice finish with some real presence Turned a bit more green and steely later on Really lively on the palate toward the middle of the bottle but with a less interesting finish One of those wines I could kind of smell and taste the next day while I was at work, so that meant it made an impression

Visit to Laroche in Chablis (Chablis): Nose with yellow apples, mineral and some spice, elegant nose. Palate with powerful mineral notes, green and yellow apple, high acidity, slightly spicy, aftertaste with powerful minerality. A lot of mineral, more than the 2009 Vaudevey. Rather young, 90+ p.
