  This is definitely on its last legs. Decent depth. Silky smooth. Any tannins it had before have disappeared due to age. Lots of red fruit. Had to let it breathe for 90 min. Enjoyable for sure with steak and black truffle risotto.

  Cherry, spice and earth on the nose and palette. Medium finish. I do not think that this had any more aging potential.

  Incredibly round and rich, almost nectar like. Dark fruit and earth are predominant. Open and and consume it you Have this vintage as I do not think it needs anymore time in the cellar.

  Give this bottle an hour decant and your left with a great Chianti Classico Riserva doing its best impression of a Brunello meets Taurasi. Acidity and tannins still at large but not enough to overpower the blackberry, smoke, dried green herbs and leather notes.

  Past its prime. Dusty cherries and earth on nose. Dark raspberries, leather, vanilla. Fruit faded after an hour. Decent.
