Grapefruit, herbs (basil, tarragon, sage) on the nose. In the mouth, grapefruit, tangerine, wet gravel. Grapefruit pith on the lingering finish. This wine has an elegant balance especially for NZ sauvignon blanc.

Anna likes the nose...it is distinctive...but the palette is all wrong...bright (offensive) white and yellow fruits dominate any sense of craft or terroir...tastes like Welches something or other. Maybe I'm just a corrupted red wine drinker...but, no thank you!

CellarTracker clean-up. We drank this and it was delicious and aromatic. It is best with fish and tomatoes

Tasted but notes not kept; from memory, this was above average for an NZ sauv blanc.
